Friday, I had the opportunity to see Latrice Royale and Manila Luzon (LATRILA if you’re a RuPaul’s All Star Drag Race Fan) perform. So, being the crazed fan I am, I recruited other fans, Kristina and the Gay Beaner, and we hoped in my car and drove to San Antonio to see the Rey Lopez Entertainment presents Latrice Royale & Manila Luzon show.
Manila Luzon and Latrice Royale performed their song The Chop LIVE and in person for the first time. Rey Lopez Entertainment presented the show. Admission for the show was $10, additional $10 for the meet & greet, and then an additional charge for a table or chair. It’s quite a bit diffrient from the way drag shows in Dallas work.
It was great seeing the pair perform. (So disappointed they didn’t win.) Reading the pages of TWIT magazine, I see the RuPaul’s Drag Race queens doing more shows in San Antonio and Houston than Dallas.
